We have taken time and lots of effort to carefully grow the San Pedro Guide, focusing on people that want to hear from us. We are not aggressive in attracting new subscribers or social media followers. People that do follow or subscribe is because they have chosen to, and want to get regular updates on the beautiful town of San Pedro de Alcantara. All our subscribers and social media followers are totally natural!

Why we started to offer collaborations and ads

As we became bigger, more popular, and had more visibility online, local businesses asked us if they could advertise on the website, or if we could promote them on our social media channels. Being a marketing business (see Solar Internet), we of course developed a low cost plan to do this. Our clients see good levels of engagement from these posts which go out on Facebook, Instagram, on the website and via our newsletters. We will also shortly be adding a TikTok channel for additional exposure and a YouTube channel.

Below you can see the current level of followers we have in both Facebook & Instagram. All of these are natural and we are thankful to each and every one of them. We also have over 220 newsletter subscribers, which is growing all of the time.

For just €250 per YEAR you will get all of the following:

• 1 x Facebook Post per month promoting your business (you tell us what you want to say)
• 1 x Instagram Post per month (sometimes a static post, sometimes a reel)
• 1 x Dedicated Pages on website
• 1 x Listing in relevant directory area
• 1 x Video Interview about your business to go out on social media channels
• Added to monthly newsletter as a sponsor
