It is one of the latest projects to be approved that will bring more luxury housing to the Fuente Nueva area of San Pedro. It is adjacent to the Ronda Road at the very beginning, just by the main roundabout not far from the Supera sports centre. It will comprise of 101 modern homes with great facilities.
There will be a range of studio apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments and even some 4 bedroom apartments, all of which will boast large terraces and the new modern open-plan living style that has become so popular in recent years.
Obviously it depends on personal preference as to what you will find as the best apartment. It could be that orientation is more important that the space, or it might be position such as ground floor, first floor etc, but for personal amenities, the ground floor or penthouse apartments are considered the best. The ground floor apartments have private gardens and beach style pools, while the penthouse apartments have large solariums with their own private pools.
