Our favourite cafés in San Pedro

Cafetería Salduba:
This bakery with various stores around Marbella, serves great coffee and small snacks, have non-gluten bread and a wide variety of fresh breads and cakes. Check out their amazing palmera de chocolate gigante: a giant butterfly cookie, great as a birthday present – it’s delicious!

El Horno de Macías:
Located at the back of the Maskom supermarket, this is one of San Pedro’s classic spots either for morning breakfast, birthdays or afternoon snacks, serving as a coffee shop, bakery and bread shop. They serve great sandwiches with friendly and efficient service. Birthday cakes can also be ordered, either with children’s favourite cartoon characters or with specific dedications decorated for adults. Gluten-free products are also available.

Cafetería Pino:
Although originally from Italy, this small but charming café has grown over its 15 years to become a favourite with the locals. It offers very quick, friendly service, is great for typical Spanish breakfast – pan con tomate y aceite (toast with fresh tomato and olive oil), with good coffee and other pastries. There is also a pleasant terrace to sit outside.
Urb. Guadalcantara, C/ Avila, (in front of Restaurante La + Fria or next to Flankers)

Cafería La Pausa:
As its name says, The Pause, this is a good place to stop by after your shopping at Supersol or when you are near the town centre, as it is set in a big plaza with other handy shops and stores, and great for kiddies to run around whilst you enjoy breakfast, or grab a bite to eat if you are feeling peckish, with their excellent tapas selection or club sandwich. They also have their own bakery selection including cakes to order for celebrations.
